ABOUT

JUNIOR GORDON BIO

Junior Gordon is an independent singer-songwriter born in Houston, Texas, now living in Alvin, Texas and calling it home for the past 25 years.

It used to be that when you said your hometown was Alvin, Texas, everyone thought of a certain very famous and fantastic baseball player. Now, there is another name associated with the historic town where talent abounds.

Junior Gordon stood on many stages long before his Texas Music Career began, playing cover songs in Honky Tonks, bars and night clubs giving him the foundation to begin his trek in the Texas Music Scene. Seeing his fan base expand in early 2008 he knew what he had to do and started writing his first song. Before he knew it, he had his first EP “Untitled”, then in 2013 he put together his first Album, “BIG” making a (dare we say it?) BIG impact on country music. He then worked with Emmy nominated Vintage Production Group in New York City, took some of his tunes and started making music videos that aired on CMT, The Nashville Network, The American Music Channel. In 2016 he released the album “Made in the U.S.A" taking the same route releasing singles and music videos, burning up every stage he stepped on. Junior Gordon has been nominated for New Male Vocalist of the year with Texas Regional Radio, several years in a row along with The Junior Gordon Band were nominated by The Houston
